Job description
Nelo in New York City is seeking a Lead / Principal Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, data, product, design, GTM, operations, finance, legal, and people roles. This senior IC position offers direct access to founders and a mandate to build scalable internal sourcing.
You will partner with hiring managers, build outbound strategies, map the market, and drive high-quality candidate outcomes while reducing agency reliance and expanding recruiting across NYC and Mexico City.
