Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a Rehab Director (PT or PTA) to lead the rehabilitation program at a Texas facility. You will coordinate therapy services, supervise staff, and partner with facility leadership to deliver patient-centered care.
You bring a PTA or PT license in good standing, 3–5 years in long-term care or senior living, and supervisory potential. This full-time, on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.
