Job description
Qorvo, Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a Staff Power Amplifier (PA) Design Engineer to develop high-efficiency, high-linearity PAs and FEMs for next-generation 5G NR and 6G smartphones, from architecture to high-volume manufacturing.
You will lead PA die integration into multi-chip modules, run 3D EM simulations with HFSS and circuit simulations in ADS, and collaborate with filters, packaging, and systems engineers to optimize module performance, while documenting results for customers.
