Job description
Monarch Quantum is seeking a Senior Principal Software Engineer for our Robotic Automation team in San Diego. You will own the overall architecture and long-term roadmap for fleet management, MES, and data systems, while guiding a team of engineers toward scalable, reliable solutions.
You will mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, and collaborate across robotics, firmware, hardware, and software. The role blends hands-on coding with strategic planning in a fast-paced startup environment.
