Job description
Brookdale is seeking a sales-focused professional to enhance community occupancy and revenue. You will build relationships with residents, families, and professionals, coordinate monthly events, and work with Regional Sales to execute marketing plans that align with occupancy goals.
The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency, plus travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business and five years of sales experience are preferred.
