BDO USA is seeking a State & Local Tax Director to support Principals and the SALT practice with team development and client relationships. The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and high standards of client service across taxation engagements.
The Director will drive practice goals in collaboration with Managing Directors, manage engagements, and contribute to business development and cross-selling of SALT services. Strong communication and mentoring are required.
