About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Senior SAP Test Lead
to join a major ERP transformation program within the paper and pulp industry.
In this role, you will lead all testing activities across a large-scale SAP implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery through effective planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder communication.
What You Will Do
Lead test planning and execution, including UAT.
Coordinate testers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage defects, incidents and test data quality.
Drive testing activities across a complex ERP implementation.
Report progress, risks and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Who You Are
Must Have
Proven test leadership experience in large transformation programs.
Strong ERP implementation and end-to-end testing expertise.
Experience with enterprise test management tools.
ISTQB certification or equivalent test management education.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong advantage
