Job description
Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Scrum Master to join the OIPA Optimizers team within NF Technology, supporting Life BSA. You will enable predictable delivery, coordinate priorities with Product Owner and tech leaders, and drive a major OIPA platform upgrade.
Ideal candidates have extensive Agile and Scrum experience, strong coaching skills, and a product-centric mindset to deliver business outcomes while managing risks and dependencies across multiple teams.
