Job description
Senior Software Engineer – Integrations team
Design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance cloud-based solutions. Work across the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Participate in requirements analysis to provide the right technical and business solutions for customers
Take key responsibilities within the design, architecture, and end‑to‑end delivery of development work
Write clean scalable code, and test and deploy applications and systems
Revise, update, refactor, and debug code as needed
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge
Be part of an engineering organization delivering high‑quality, secure voice solutions to clients
Engage in product and platform performance optimization and live‑site monitoring
Participate in on‑call rotations to respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous reliability
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development
Keep security at the forefront of all work
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in back‑end development
Expert‑level programming skill in Typescript or Python
Deep understanding of software development practices, scalable system architecture, security best practices, and cloud‑based platforms
Proven knowledge of distributed computing principles and experience with cloud platforms
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; should thrive in cross‑functional teams
Experience with on‑call rotations and implementing monitoring and alerting systems
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in back‑end development
5+ years of deploying software to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Extensive experience owning software through the complete development life cycle
Significant experience delivering software focused on security, scalability, availability, and performance
Compensation
$150,000 – $220,000 per year
