Job description
Salary: $120-170K

Design, develop, and support software applications across multiple products and technologies.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver new features and platform enhancements.
Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve efficiency, code quality, and delivery speed.
Create and maintain backend services, APIs, and user-facing integrations as business needs evolve.
Participate in architecture decisions that support scalability, performance, and long-term product growth.
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform code reviews, and contribute to development standards and best practices.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
10+ years of software engineering experience with strong Ruby on Rails expertise.
Experience developing and supporting SaaS applications, APIs, and database-driven systems.
Strong knowledge of MySQL and software architecture principles.
Experience with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, React Native, or similar technologies preferred.
