Base pay range
$200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
Compensation: $200,000 to $300,000 + equity
Our client is a venture-backed fintech business searching for their next Software Engineer to join the founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help build core products from the ground up, working directly with experienced founders and top investors to shape the technical vision and engineering culture.
What You’ll Do
Build and own product features end to end across the full software development lifecycle
Architect and implement scalable systems that can grow with the business
Partner with customers and stakeholders to turn real world problems into simple, elegant solutions
Contribute directly to product strategy while establishing engineering best practice
Who You Are
Hands on engineer with experience in early stage, fast paced environments
Experienced designing schemas for SQL databases and deploying to modern cloud platforms
Entrepreneurial, ownership driven mindset and excited to build, iterate, and ship quickly
