Job description
MX Holdings in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive people strategies that align with our business plan. You will partner with business leaders to shape talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management, building a culture rooted in Safety, Integrity, Caring, and Growth.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days in the St. Louis office and two days remote when possible.
