Job description
Carle Health seeks a Surgical Technologist to provide direct and indirect care in the OR. You will assist surgeons, prep sterile fields, and train fellow technologists and students while adapting to surgeon preferences. The role requires BLS with AHA and formal surgical technology education.
Responsibilities include case setup, instrument care, intraoperative support, mentoring, and contributing to efficient case flow and patient safety. On-call requirements may apply per department policy.
