Job description
Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to develop test programs and infrastructure using Advantest 93K, and to contribute to hardware design for both front and back end. You will validate designs via DIDO test benches and PSVP, while collaborating across functions to drive robust, scalable test solutions.
