Job description
Allspring Global Investments Holdings, LLC seeks a Sr. Trading Systems Application Strategist to optimize OMS/EMS workflows, support pre-trade and post-trade compliance, and collaborate with compliance, IT, and operations across front-to-back trade lifecycle.
The role requires 5+ years with major OMS, Charles River experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a hybrid role in Milwaukee/Charlotte with in-office four days a week.
