Job description
MG+M The Law Firm in New York City is seeking an on-site Senior Manager, User Experience to lead IT service delivery for 600+ users across 17 offices. You will oversee service desk, onboarding/offboarding, and user experience initiatives while guiding AI-enabled adoption and secure usage.
The role reports to the Office of the CIO and requires hands-on leadership to improve service quality, incident response, and staff development in a fast-paced legal environment.
