Job description
Zoox is seeking a senior diagnostics engineer to own diagnostic deployment for the current service vehicle fleet and successor platforms, from requirements through release, coordinating with system, firmware, and software teams.
You will improve diagnostic quality, drive fault isolation accuracy, close end-to-end gaps, define service actions tied to outcomes, and translate fleet telemetry into monitoring strategies that reduce unplanned downtime.
