Overview In this full-time Information Technology consulting role, you will help translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions. You will work within a consulting-driven team, applying ServiceNow expertise to design, configure, and deploy solutions while mapping current processes. The position requires close collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams, with travel as part of the role. You will shape project delivery and contribute to a growing IT services practice.
ResponsibilitiesCreate requirement specifications based on architecture and process detailing
Develop, configure, and evaluate ServiceNow solutions and deployments
Capture and document requirements for internal/external consulting and map current business processes
Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams in a management consulting environment requiring travel
Key requirements3+ years in creating requirement specifications from architecture/design/detailing of processes
2+ years of ServiceNow experience
2+ years in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/deployment
1+ year in capturing requirements for consulting and mapping business processes
Analytical and communication skills
Planning and coordination skills
Project management experience
Willingness to travel for consulting engagements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; progressive experience in lieu of education may be considered
Minimum 4+ years of IT experience
