Service Parts And Warranty Administrator – Sparta, WiThe HVAC industry is an exciting industry that impacts energy usage on a global scale. A college degree is preferred. Submit your resume by filling out the form below (no phone calls please).Responsibilities:Learn about our products and componentsMaintain phone and e-mail support for customersTake service parts orders and provide quotes to customersCommunicate with customers regarding warranty requests from the field for both parts and laborProcessing of labor warranty authorizations and providing them to customersCoordinating with internal Service Parts Department regarding warranty part requestsManage backordersProcess purchase orders for customersReview of field service reports to determine eligibility for warranty claimsCoordinate shipments and returns of service partsResolve customer inquiriesQualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fieldsMicrosoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe experienceAbility to build rapport with customersAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong customer service abilitiesSelf-motivated and detail-orientedStrong desire to learn
