Job description
One Medical is seeking a licensed NP or PA for a full-time, on-site role in San Francisco, CA. You will manage a patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive visits, conduct in-office and telehealth encounters, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and team huddles.
Required: accreditation with NP or PA program and national certification, California state license by start date, 2 years outpatient primary care (or 1 year plus fellowship/1 year urgent care), and experience with LARC
