Job description
Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee's in Middlesborough, KY. You will supervise shifts, uphold quality, service, and cleanliness, and step in for the Senior/General Manager as needed.
You will train crew, manage labor costs, control inventory, and ensure cash procedures are followed, while maintaining a professional image and adhering to safety and company policies.
