Overview
Our client is a global leader in high-voltage electrical engineering, delivering cutting-edge projects across renewables, data centres, and utility infrastructure. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site delivery of complex electrical projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full project lifecycle from planning through to handover
Manage site operations, subcontractors, and resources
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Monitor progress, identify risks, and report to the Project Manager
Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals
Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager (or similar)
Strong background in electrical power systems / HV projects
Track record delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and communication skills
Solid understanding of health & safety best practices
