Job description
Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Site Manager for our Dry Mix Concrete facility in Fredonia, PA. You will oversee safety, quality, maintenance, productivity, and budget performance, leading a hands-on team across shifts and improving site operations.
The role requires 5+ years of plant management experience in manufacturing, with a focus on safety, OSHA compliance, and cost control. You will drive capital projects and develop leaders on the floor to meet delivery goals.
