Job description

Speech-Language Pathologist

Continuum Therapy Partners brings a therapist-led approach to scale. We are currently looking for Speech-Language Pathologists who want to work with a leadership team that understands, prioritizes, and advocates for your professional perspective.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders

Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
