Job description
Bitdeer is seeking a Process Engineer (SMT) to develop, optimize, and maintain SMT production processes across the assembly line. You will tackle root causes, improve line efficiency, and ensure high product quality through data-driven methods.
The role requires hands-on SMT experience, collaboration with R&D, maintenance, and QA, and the ability to document processes and train operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
