Apply today!Team Member BenefitsWeekly PayBase pay of $26 - $30+ per hour, depending on experiencePaid Training @ $18 per hourReferral Incentive - Refer your friends and earn even more!Part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availabilityDurationPosition is available for the winter season, typically from November 15 to April 15, with opportunities for full-time positions based on performance and business needs.RequirementsWork safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standardsUtilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may ariseSubmit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely mannerComplete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learningMust be at least 18 years of age or olderProfessional commercial snow removal experience preferredValid Chauffeurs License (company will assist in acquiring one)Valid MDOT (company will assist in acquiring one)Smart PhoneExperience operating wheel loaders, skid steers, agricultural tractors, tractor-trailers, and bulldozersAvailable for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as neededMust have access to reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitationDJ's Landscape Management is a drug-free workplace.
