Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer IV professional with at least 10 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale data solutions.
Skills and Background You'll Need
Education: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related degree is preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of overall hands-on data engineering experience. Strong experience working in complex enterprise environments. Experience supporting business-critical and high-volume production data platforms. Ability to work across architecture, development, infrastructure, application, and business teams.
10+ years hands-on Data Engineering / Database Development
Advanced SQL coding and performance tuning
Snowflake, hands-on development
dbt development and data transformation
Databricks / Spark / PySpark / Delta Lake
ETL/ELT pipeline design and development
Real-time/near-real-time and CDC processing
Large-volume enterprise data processing
Production troubleshooting and performance optimizationStrong hands-on coding skills, not architecture-only experience
CI/CD and automated deployment practices
Git/version control
BI Tool - PowerBI , Sisense
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
Experience working in Voluntary Insurance Business is preferred.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range: $131,750.00 - $223,500.00
