Qualifications:
Valid state certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain)
Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field
Experience working with students with a range of disabilities, including emotional, learning, behavioral, or developmental
Strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, parents, and support staff
Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom culture
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver tailored instructional strategies aligning with each student's IEP goals
Monitor, document, and assess student progress, making data-driven instructional adjustments
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure student success
Create a safe, structured, and motivating learning atmosphere
Provide accommodations and support to promote access to the general education curriculum
Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and ongoing professional development
