Role Summary
Executes channel marketing activities and manages partner engagement by developing marketing collateral, coordinating product launch logistics, and tracking the effectiveness of partner campaigns. Maintains regular communication with channel contacts, collects feedback from partners, and prepares reports on campaign results for strategic evaluation. Updates partner portals, coordinates training sessions, and ensures all materials meet brand and compliance standards to support successful channel marketing initiatives.
Position Details
The Manager, Affiliate Operations & Compliance is responsible for the operational management, reporting, governance, and compliance oversight of McAfee's affiliate marketing program. This role serves as the internal subject matter expert for program policies, processes, reporting frameworks, platform administration, and publisher compliance management.
The ideal candidate combines operational excellence, analytical rigor, project management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the affiliate program operates efficiently, compliantly, and at scale.

Pay Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $85,800.00/Yr. - USD $140,955.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
