About This Role
As a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse at Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, you will provide life-changing care to patients in their homes, ensuring safe administration of specialty medications and fostering meaningful relationships to drive positive health outcomes.
Highlights
Pay: $79,200 - $132,000 USD/year
Location: Winchester, VA
Brand/Division: Accredo
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, including evenings and weekends as needed
What You'll Do
Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients' homes.
Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
Education
Active RN license in the state of practice
Experience
At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region
