nAre you a recent or soon-to-be graduate passionate about helping children flourish? At Pediatric Developmental Services , we offer a Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) experience that's personalized, structured, and rooted in real support.

nWe know what new clinicians need to grow, and we deliver it through mentorship, hands-on support, and a culture of collaboration and clinical expertise.

nFrom day one, you'll be paired with a dedicated and experienced SLP supervisor who provides weekly supervision focused on your development. With PDS clinical support offering training and consistent check-ins, you'll be part of a team that values learning, reflection, and ongoing professional growth, all while gaining invaluable hands-on experience across school-based settings.

What You'll Do as a Clinical Fellow:

nYou'll take on a meaningful caseload, working primarily with school-aged children. Responsibilities include:

nnDeliver engaging speech and language therapy sessions designed to each student's unique needs

nFacilitate assessments under supervision and assist with evaluation reports

nEngage closely with families, educators, and other professionals to support student goals

nParticipate in supervision and professional development opportunities

nProvide documentation, including SOAP notes, in a timely and accurate manner

nCoordinate your weekly schedule to maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours

nProgress through all ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements toward full licensure

n nAt PDS, you're never alone in the process, your success is our shared goal.

What We're Looking For:

nnA master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

nEligibility to begin your Clinical Fellowship through ASHA

nActive or pending licensure in the state(s) where you plan to work (our team will help with this!)

nA passion for working with children in school settings

nExcellent communication, organization, and a collaborative spirit
