Minimum Requirements
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
Active State SLP License in UT required to start the position.
BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred. Candidate must be comfortable providing care across MedSurg, ICU, and outpatient rehab clinic environments.
Experience with dysphagia management including swallow studies and dietary recommendations.
Experience providing cognitive and behavioral therapy across the lifespan, pediatric through geriatric.
Ability to manage a flexible caseload targeting approximately 20–30 visits per week.

Shift Name: Days. Shift details: Monday through Friday daytime schedule with occasional urgent weekend needs.
Split role approximately 50/50 between inpatient (morning: MedSurg/ICU) and outpatient (afternoon: rehab clinic).
Patient population: pediatric through geriatric in a rural community.
Caseload: Flexible, aiming for 20–30 visits per week.
Organizational model: Not-for-profit, independently owned and community focused. Recent investments include a new 30,000 sq. ft outpatient rehab clinic and fitness center.
