Key Qualifications:
Active Colorado credentials as a Special Education teacher
Proven ability to fulfill all general duties associated with Special Education roles
Experience developing and implementing IEPs for K-12 students
Commitment to maintaining a growth mindset and positive attitude
A strong work ethic and dedication to student development
Primary Responsibilities: Provide instruction and support to students in self-contained or resource classroom settings
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with general education staff, families, and support personnel
Adapt lessons to meet students' unique learning and behavioral needs
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all special education laws and regulations
