Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is seeking a PRN Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our therapy team at Wellspring Frankenmuth in Frankenmuth, MI, a skilled nursing community known for its collaborative staff and strong therapy culture.
This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful patient connections while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

Collaborate with nursing, therapy colleagues, and physicians
Complete timely documentation and support patient‑centered outcomes
Requirements
Current Michigan Speech‑Language Pathologist license
Strong clinical and communication skills
SNF experience preferred, but not required
