Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation in Homewood, IL is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation in a SNF setting.
You will administer standardized speech and language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress. Strong written and oral communication with patients, families, and the care team is essential.
