Job Description
Active Oklahoma Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program required
Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
SNF, LTC, or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred
Experience evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Strong dysphagia assessment and treatment skills preferred
Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and modify interventions based on patient progress
Strong clinical documentation, patient/family education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Comfortable providing therapy within a 66-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
