Spray Tech (Double Palm)The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.Job SummaryThis role is responsible for the application of chemicals, pesticides, and chemical fertilizers.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with aerificationsApply seed to designated areasSand topdressing applicationsEducation and Experience:Experience with chemical or spray applicationsChemical fertilization or pesticide industry application experiencePost-secondary education in turf science or a related fieldMust obtain and maintain a state-sanctioned pesticide applicator license within 6 months of entry into this jobMaintain a valid Driver’s LicenseStrong attention to detailOperate efficiently and safely at all timesAbility to prioritize daily work schedule based on minimal supervisionAbility to perform other cultural applications on the golf course as neededPhysical Demands/Requirements:Heavy lifting up to 50 poundsRegular exposure to the outside environment, including rain, cold, sun, or nightRepetitive movement- standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, and stoopingWork Environment:The position primarily works outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures, weather conditions, and noise levels.BrightView offers a suite of health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
