Job description
Use quantitative analytics to support Product and Engineering partners and help drive measurable business improvements through end-to-end project ownership.
Responsibilities
Conduct analysis using relevant tools such as SQL , R , and Python
Provide analytical thought leadership by proactively proposing new analyses, infrastructure, or experiments to improve business outcomes
Own project results end-to-end, including problem definition, metric development, data extraction and manipulation, visualization, model/statistical model creation and implementation, and stakeholder presentation
Frame ambiguous problems, form hypotheses, and recommend solutions by combining analytical depth with product-specific expertise
Coordinate cross-functional and cross-organizational project and process timelines
Develop process improvements and recommendations, and help define operational goals and objectives
Directly or indirectly oversee others' contributions and support colleagues' growth in the area of specialization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics , Mathematics , Data Science , Engineering , Physics , Economics , or a related quantitative field
10+ years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, including statistical analysis and coding (e.g., Python , R , SQL )
Alternative: 8+ years plus a Master's degree , with analytics, statistical analysis, and coding experience

Compensation
USD $192,000 - $278,000 per year
In the US: $ - $ (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
