State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and our community.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and groomingMonitor patients' vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and document patient information accurately and thoroughlyAssist with bedside care, including feeding, toileting, and transferring patientsMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standardsDevelop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare teamCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care transitionsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfactionAbout the Role:As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
