Concord Village Nursing Team Opportunity
Concord Village, a beautiful skilled nursing & rehabilitation facility opened in 2016, is growing and looking to add new members to our Nursing team. STNA Job Task Focus
Assist and encourage clients to perform daily activities
Get weights on new admissions
Chart daily in Point Click Care
Be friendly to all clients and their families
Alert the nurse if you see changes in client health, ability or condition
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
Serve clients their meals and assist them with eating
Ensure your most dependent clients are clean, dry and turned
Help clients get ready for their day, dressed, groomed and bathed
Must Be Able To:
Be kind and patient with the clients and their families
Be a team player by helping your other staff members
Be dependable with a good attendance record = attendance bonuses
Bring your smile and positive attitude
