Job description
Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations, ensuring safe, organized stock handling and accurate inventory. You will train stock associates, support the Store Manager, and deliver excellent customer service on the shop floor while maintaining visual merchandising standards.
You will partner with the Store Manager to meet store goals, manage stock transfers across locations, and help drive sales through efficient stock management and team leadership.
