Job description
Bloom MT Store Director Trainee Program offers hands-on leadership development across our Montana dispensary network. Trainees work alongside an experienced Store Director to learn operations, compliance, and financial disciplines required to run a Bloom MT store.
The six-month program emphasizes retail leadership, inventory management, and customer experience, with a path to Store Director leadership within the Bloom Montana network. Competitive base pay is provided during training.
