Job description
Bloomingdale's General Manager is the local owner with a shopkeeper mindset, accountable for driving business priorities and achieving financial results for the store. This role leads and develops the store teams, sets customer-experience standards, and acts as brand ambassador while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.
The GM must be an entrepreneurial, data-informed leader with strong influencing skills, merchandising acumen, and a passion for fashion.
