Job description
AutoZone in Urbana, IL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, energize the team, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will partner with the Store Manager on recruiting, scheduling, training, and developing staff, ensure WOW! customer service, manage inventory, and uphold safety and company standards while promoting growth and a positive work culture. ASE certification preferred and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
