Job description
Crocs, Inc. seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team and drive exceptional store performance. You will oversee daily operations, cultivate a customer-centric culture, manage staffing, and ensure accurate POS practices, merchandise handling, pricing, and brand execution across all shifts.
You will mentor and coach team members, recruit seasonally to maintain coverage, and partner with field leaders to meet sales and service targets while upholding Crocs values and policies.
