Job description
Journeys is seeking a motivated retail leader to recruit, train, and manage store personnel to hit sales goals and grow within the company. You will oversee daily operations and play a key role in delivering a high-energy, inclusive in-store experience.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years retail sales experience, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to completing all Manager in Training programs. Night and weekend shifts are required.
