Job description
Ross Stores, Inc. in Livingston, LA, is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations and drive sales and profits. You will recruit, train and develop associates, manage stockroom, front end and sales floor, and ensure merchandise is processed and presented to company standards.
The role requires strong retail leadership, scheduling optimization, expense control, safety and customer service excellence, with evenings and weekends expected and payroll/accountability duties.
