Job description
Reformation is seeking a Store Manager in New York City to lead daily store operations and deliver an elevated client experience. You will drive sales, manage the team, and ensure brand standards and sustainability stories are communicated in every interaction.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will hire, train, and develop staff, monitor performance, and optimize scheduling to meet payroll goals while maintaining loss prevention and inventory controls.
