Tractor Supply in Newark, NY is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn Store Manager duties and develop the skills to lead the team. You will focus on delivering Legendary Customer Service, driving sales, managing inventory, and supporting store profitability.
You will build a welcoming, inclusive environment, schedule daily activities, mentor team members, and coordinate with District/Regional leaders to solve problems and implement company standards.
