Job description
Dollar General is seeking a store manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and store processes. You will lead recruiting, training, evaluations, and terminations as needed, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures across all functions.
You will manage opening/closing of the store, staffing levels, inventory control, customer service leadership, and safety standards to maintain a compliant, well‑run retail environment.
